that's why i like them, the vultus is a great example of what they're capable of coming up/out with.

If this is a one year wonder, it will be sure to end up as #1 on the list of coolest Honda models that you never heard of.

My insurance agent still can't figure out how to rate the machine. (^_^)

I told her what someone posted in another thread that "Well, it's Batman's bike, and nobody messes with Batman." Her response was "Are you sure you don't want to up your 'damage to person and property' coverage?"

Its a good thing we are personal friends or I think my premium would have just jumped. (^_^)

My insurance guy struggled a while ago now when I was trying to insure one of my motorcycles They'd never heard of the maker let alone the model

I ended up sending him pictures and a website address before I could get insurance

So if they don't know off the top how to insure the bike, how do they actually end up deciding? Do you have more room to negotiate and influence the guy to get a lower price?

i think they just go with what ever may be close enough to it. not sure though but that might be one of the better ways to go about it.

Might be good to come in prepared with some arguments as to why it is more like one bike than another. I'd be trying to get the best rate possible.

That is true, it definitely does help to be well informed to better negotiate this and get out what ever is fair or works in your favor. If all else fails, try another company.
